To carry out our important work as a charity, it is vital we raise as much funding as possible. If you are interested in supporting us as your main charity, we would be delighted to hear from you. Don’t forget to post your pictures and hashtag Rosies Rainbow Fund on social media. We can help you by providing leaflets to promote your fundraising, so please get in touch.

Get the whole school, class or parents association involved.
Hold a mufti day, wear rainbow day! bake off and cake sale, concert, danceathon, fun run, car boot sale, show, raffle, quiz night, poetry competition, guess the sweets in a jar or name a bear, spelling bee, summer fair, Christmas event, Christmas jumper day, sponsored silence, sports day collection, fashion show, swimathon, or another challenge. Maybe a fun run or walk or even a car wash. Collections at your events in our charity collection boxes. The possibilities are endless.

Hold a coffee morning, raffle, dress down or dress up day, bake off and cake sale, quiz, supper club, singalong, car boot sale, games night, dinner dance, wine tasting, organise a sponsored walk or run, guess the sweets in a jar, coffee morning, name the bear, run a tombola, host a bingo night, keep our collection boxes for all your loose change, run a sponsored car wash, ask for donations instead of Christmas cards, come along to support our fund raising events.

Local businesses large and small take pride in encouraging their employees to join them in giving back, making a difference, and building a team spirit. Joining us as a corporate partner is beneficial for your staff, raising morale, doing something hugely valuable and helping raise the profile of your company while having a lot of fun.

Consider supporting an aspect of our work, such as music therapy for seriously ill and disabled children, offering respite and relief for parent carers of life-limited children, or providing bereavement support to families who have lost a child.
Offer donation-matching to employees who choose to donate to our charity.
Sponsor an aspect or portion of one of our events, such as balloons, banners, promotional materials like pamphlets or posters, refreshments, etc.
Sponsor the purchase of children’s toys, games, and books for hospital visits.
Donate a prize, voucher, or service for our raffles or silent auctions.
Are you a bakery, party shop, balloon shop, restaurant, toy shop, winery, book shop, florist, entertainer, hotel, or venue? Could you provide refreshments, drinks, flowers, decorations, balloons, entertainment, or a venue for one of our fundraising events?
Take part in a company-wide team fundraising event, such as a walk, a marathon, an abseil, a pie-eating contest or even a mountain climb.

Employees can make monthly donations to Rosies Rainbow Fund before tax and before receiving salary. This is an effective and easy way for employees to show their support on an ongoing basis. Employers can set this up easily and employees will feel good to know they have enabled Rosies Rainbow to keep shining.

We have had wonderful donations from Newly Weds who have decided to ask their wedding guests to donate in place of sending wedding gifts.

If you would like your friends and family to donate instead of buying Christmas and birthday gifts this is a very generous way of raising vital funds for us.
Consider donating money instead of sending Christmas cards. It will make a huge difference to us and save a lot of trees!

Honour your loved one by Remembering Rosies Rainbow Fund in your will or legacy. This will ensure that we are able to provide ongoing support and a rainbow of hope for ill children always.
